THE BARNHART ONE TEAM SCHOLARSHIP AWARD

Barnhart Crane and Rigging is pleased to offer The Barnhart One Team Scholarship Award Program. This is an employee benefit program which is divided into two tiers and designed not only as a financial aid for eligible dependent children of BC&R employees, but also a program to honor and recognize key employees in whose name the scholarship is awarded for their significant contributions and service to the company.

BARNHART CARES PROGRAM

The Barnhart Cares Program is available to you and your family at no cost. The US military provides chaplains to meet the needs of the military families. The Barnhart Cares Program is a chaplain program for our people and their families. The chaplains are not employees of Barnhart but they are available 24 hours a day, 7 day a week.

Anything you share with a Chaplain will be strictly confidential. The Chaplains are professionals and they will not tell anyone what you talk about with them. No one will even know when you meet with the Chaplains. Of course, the program is completely optional. The Chaplains may stop by and meet you at work from time to time. Any further conversation is your call.

Barnhart Cares Program has been established to meet the needs of the Barnhart family.

DAVE RAMSEY FINANCIAL PEACE UNIVERSITY

Barnhart Crane & Rigging is a believer in the Dave Ramsey approach to financial freedom. Barnhart will pay for employees to attend this six month course as long as it is completed (including materials). Below are some details regarding the Total Money Makeover Getting Started Guide. Over the course of a few weeks, Dave Ramsey will send you step by step information via email on how to prepare for your debt-free journey. Some of the "how-to's" will include:

  • How to talk with your spouse about money and goals
  • Creating the dreaded "B" word: a budget
  • Committing to stop borrowing money
  • Getting current on your bills
  • And more

Dave's plan is a proven process. Tens of thousands of people have followed these steps, and are still following them, dumping millions of dollars of debt. As a Barnhart employee, you have a chance to interact with some of them along the way, through their stories, radio show calls, and in community forums.
