  • Buy, Sell, and Transfer equipment in support of our branch network


  • Manage company equipment needs
    • Locate, research, negotiate and close transactions
    • Follow up with all paperwork, invoices, bill of sales, titles, etc.
    • Modify ERP as needed to reflect completed transactions
  • Inspect Equipment (local and remote)
    • Insure surplus equipment is ready to show to potential buyers
      • Operational Testing
      • Complete inspection documentation
      • Manage needed repairs and improvements
    • Verify equipment quality and fitness via manufacturer and/or history reports prior to purchase
  • Upload and manage marketing efforts both internal and external
  • Monitor and document national auction activity
    • Participate in auctions as applicable
  • Cold call buyers and sellers weekly
  • Establish market pricing for equipment additions and dispositions
  • Reconcile the company lease bill
  • Establish and maintain positive, profitable relationships, internally and externally


  • +2 Years of equipment sales, procurement or operating experience (preferred)
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Skilled in effective negotiating tactics (preferred)
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of uploading data to the internet
  • Ability to absorb and retain information quickly
  • Capable of excelling in a fast-paced work environment, while maintaining a great customer service attitude
  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Possess a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
