  • Ensuring compliance with Barnhart’s ISO9001 Quality Management System and Barnhart’s NQA-1
  • Pre-qual support
  • Customer Quality Audits
  • EPA Compliance
  • OSHA Compliance
  • Maintaining and controlling the QA Manual
  • Reviewing contract-related documents to determine applicable QA requirements
  • Conducting reviews of training and indoctrination related to the QA Program and certification of designated personnel performing quality-related work
  • Ensuring both internal and external audits are conducted to determine the effectiveness of the QA Program




  • Ability to build trust and confidence with management and supervision
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate with employees at all levels
  • Consultation skills
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable regulations (OSHA,ANSI,NFPA)
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • NCCO & NCEER Operator & Rigger Certification preferred
  • OSHA 30 hour course completion
  • Must pass drug test, fit for duty test and background check
  • Must have a valid driving license
