Job Description:

  • Crane Operations Manager reports directly to the Branch manager
  • Train, Hire, Recruit and Lead the Crane Operators
  • Responsible for crane safety, training and mentoring crane operators
  • Travel required
  • Full-time salaried position, excellent benefits package

Qualifications:

 

  • An understanding of servant leadership principles
  • Ability to multi-task and exhibit flexibility in job duties
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to coach others
  • 10 years crane experience
  • 3-5 years of Superintendent/Management experience
  • Qualified to operate cranes of all sizes
  • An ability to train, formally and informally, through mentoring and success-based delegation
  • Must pass drug screen, fit-for-duty test and clean background check
