Objective: Barnhart’s Marketing Coordinator is responsible for helping to process, migrate and build high quality web-sourced opportunity pipelines for our Branch Sales Teams. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing web-leads and requests, performing direct customer follow-up when needed, and properly transitioning leads to our sale teams. As a member of our Sales & Marketing Team you will work closely with the Senior VP of Sales and Director of Marketing to help develop branch sales activity and uncover opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Digital Sales Support
  • Daily monitoring of web-lead and web activity – Chats, form fills, and web metrics.
  • Respond to inquiries on a timely basis.
  • Qualify customer requests through direct customer interaction when needed
  • On-going Website Content Development and Maintenance.
  • Nurture customer relationships using a variety of outreach tools until they are ready to be transitioned to other sales team member.
  • Manage all CRM activity relating to your customer interactions.
  • Follow up with Branch Teams to insure complete and thorough customer hand-offs.
  • Connect with customers utilizing a variety of channels such as phone, email, social media, web-based tools & outbound calling programs.
  • Work with Director of Marketing on ways to improve web leads and other digital processes effecting on-line inquiries.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 1-2 years experience in Sales/Business Development with knowledge of CRMs and virtual meeting tools a distinct advantage but not essential.
