Description:

  • Administrative support for the Branch
  • A/R, A/P functions
  • Process bi/weekly credit card transactions
  • Process new hires by working in conjunction with Human Resources division
  • Assist with Project Management, review timesheets, invoicing, vendors, permits, travel arrangements etc.
  • Answer phone calls and emails from vendors and customers and directing them to relevant staff
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationary, furniture, appliances, and electronics as required
  • Organizing vendors to keep the office clean and safe, ensuring that appliances are in good working order.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Required qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Must be organized, able to multi-task and team oriented
  • Have attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly and be self-motivated
  • Able to plan, organize and execute daily requirements
  • Must pass drug test, fit for duty test and background check
