  • This position will provide administrative support to the Maintenance Department
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets and reconcile IFS when units are bought & sold
  • Review OEM recommendations and alignment with current maintenance program
  • Daily audit of preventative maintenance (PM) work order generation to identify and address errors
  • Audit IT custom reports, pages, and upgrades
  • Document Work Instructions & Quick Guides for system changes
  • Develop/Manage “tool kit” availability for the maintenance team
    • Maintenance lobby
    • Maintenance Cost Analysis Report
    • Maintenance Exception Report
    • Maintenance related Controlled Document access
  • New unit PM set-up
  • Unit disposals requiring PM deactivation
  • Unit status changes impacting PM assignments
  • PM set-up for new fleet units based on maintenance history
  • Manage online PM action lists
  • Manage online Daily Inspection lists
  • Coordinate with IT department & mobile app team during further development
