Description:

  • Current fleet Preventive Maintenance program
    • Review and adjust maintenance program to improve efficiency, quality & coverage
      • Historical failures/incidents
    • Identify and address units without current or complete PM assignments
  • Monitor/Review fleet corrective Maintenance history for lessons learned
    • Incidents
    • Major component failures
    • Rebuilds
    • Fluid analysis follow-up
    • Fleet utilization analysis
    • Maintenance cost analysis
  • Support Branch maintenance team while executing maintenance program
    • Provide maintenance performance analysis per request
    • Provide maintenance cost analysis per request
    • Provide unit health report per request
  • Support Branch Management
    • Provide maintenance performance analysis per request
    • Provide maintenance cost analysis per request
    • Provide unit health report per request
  • Support Regional Directors
    • Provide maintenance performance analysis per request
    • Provide maintenance cost analysis per request
    • Provide unit health report per request
  • Coordinate with Fleet Services
    • Provide cost analysis per request
    • Provide unit health report per request
  • Coordinate during Branch Acquisitions
    • Review fleet maintenance history
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Must have good interpersonal skills
  • Must pass drug test, fit for duty and background check
