Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analytics and Quality Manager to ensure that our organization's customer data assets are consistently clean, accurate, and well-maintained while overseeing the seamless sharing of data among various systems. This role is critical in optimizing sales and marketing data-driven decision-making, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring that data integration across different platforms is reliable. Additionally, the Data Analytics and Quality Manager will be responsible for developing a training program to promote proper data entry practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Quality Assurance:
    • Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
    • Perform regular data audits and validation checks to identify and rectify discrepancies, anomalies, and errors in various datasets.
  • Data Integration Management:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our IT department, to design, implement, and maintain data integration strategies and solutions.
    • Oversee the integration or data exchanges from various systems, including IFS, Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Marketo, and ConnectAndSell, through open APIs, batch loads, and manual data entry.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify areas of concern and opportunities within the organization, particularly for the sales and marketing teams.
    • Generate and present regular reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations for data-driven decision-making.
  • Training Program Development:
    • Develop the base curriculum for a training program aimed at ensuring proper data entry practices across the organization.
    • Collaborate with the training department to create content and materials for training classes.
    • Support the implementation and rollout of the training program to educate users on data entry best practices.
  • System Optimization:
    • Monitor the performance and efficiency of data systems, identifying bottlenecks, and making recommendations for system improvements and enhancements.
    • Work with IT and relevant stakeholders to resolve data-related performance issues.
  • Documentation and Continuous Improvement:
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data integration processes, data flow, and data quality standards.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data quality, integration, and analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in data management, data quality, data integration, and data analysis, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong understanding of data integration technologies, such as APIs, ETL processes, and data transformation.
  • Familiarity with the key systems mentioned, including IFS, Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Marketo, and ConnectAndSell.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience utilizing CRM systems at a business. 

Technical Skills:

  • Data Analysis Tools:
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to extract insights from data.
  • Data Integration Technologies:
    • Knowledge of data integration technologies, including APIs, ETL processes, and data transformation 
  • Familiarity with Current Systems – Working knowledge of Salesforce, ZoomInfo, IFS, Marketo, or equivalent systems.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Strong documentation skills for maintaining records of data integration processes and data quality standards.
  • Project Management:
    • Project management skills to oversee data-related initiatives and system optimization.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and address data quality issues and system performance challenges.
