Our hiring process can take anywhere from one to 30 days due to the personal attention we give each application. The following steps show the flow of the hiring process.
All applications are reviewed by the recruiting team.
Qualified applicants will be sent a questionnaire, Mechanical Aptitude test, OutMatch competency-based behavior assessment. Assessments vary depending on the position.
For most positions, an initial phone screening will occur.
The interview process may vary depending on position. On average, the hiring manager will meet with the candidate. Sales candidates will receive an in-depth phone interview with the Sales Leadership team, in addition to meeting with the hiring manager/team.
By this phase the hiring manager and candidate will both be able to make an informed decision and choose to either move towards an offer letter or choose another route.
